Bringing Your Best Self to Work & Life:
Last year's seminar was such a hit that we invited Paul back to create another dynamic session that will allow even more people to enjoy his engaging style while they improve their effectiveness in work and life.
Paul combined two of his most requested topics into a comprehensive day to help us create real change in how we manage our precious TIME and the inevitable STRESS that erupts in our hectic lives. In the morning, we will examine the four main challenges of time management: motivation, organization, prioritizing, and scheduling. The afternoon will include Paul's infamous "six actions to combat stress" that have helped thousands of people better maintain their sanity.
Paul holds degrees in psychology and higher education and worked on several campuses before transforming his part-time speaking and training business into a full-time consultancy. His Ripples emails and Facebook/Twitter posts are received by tens of thousands around the world, and we are excited to have him back on campus again.
